ISE is proud to present the Black Male Leadership Program

(BML) is designed to elevate, empower, and educate black scholars. During the BLM Program the young men will engage in an intense session designed to inspire and motivate them. This workshop will teach the young men how to define their social identity. They will also learn skills for life and tips to become better students.
